How do I pay for my new computer?
At present you can pay using a cheque or Cash on Delivery. We can also accept credit card cheques - ask your credit card provider if these are available. If there is demand then online payments via the PayPal system can be accepted (including credit card payments), but this will attract a small surcharge.
What is the delivery time for a new computer?
This varies depending on the complexity of your order, but in general you should have your new computer within 1 week. This time is to allow for the secondary testing and installations that Inter-Logic complete on every new computer.
What guarantee do I get with my new PC?
All PCs and Laptops come with a 1 year warranty with Inter-Logic and backed by Brigantia Buyguard. In the unlikely event of Inter-Logic failing to fulfil your warranty requirements during this year, it will be supported by the next nearest Brigantia Buyguard member. If you buy any peripherals with your computer then the warranty will vary from peripheral to peripheral, but it will be at least 1 year.
Are extended warrannties available?
Yes. Details will be supplied after you have purchased your computer.
